premiums during 1996 (to increase such premiums above the scheduled rate).\n(Sec. 302) Provides for Medicare coverage of certain anticancer drug treatments, including coverage of certain Federal Food and Drug Administration-approved self-administered oral drugs prescribed for use as an anticancer nonsteroidal antiestrogen or nonsteroidal antiandrogen agent for a given indication.
