A Representative from Ohio; born in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, June 17, 1958; graduated from St. Xavier High School, Finneytown, Ohio, 1976; B.A., University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1980; B.S. and D.P.M., William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago, Ill., 1985; United States Army Reserve, 1998-2022; served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, 2005-2006; physician; unsuccessful candidate for mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2009; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Thirteenth and to the five succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2013-January 3, 2025); was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress in 2024.Courtesy of Biographical Directory of the United States Congress
