Representative from Ohio; born in University Heights, Ohio, May 6, 1959; B.S., Northwestern University, 1981, J.D., Stanford University, 1984; admitted to the bar in 1984; associate director, Cleveland Works, 1987-1989; campaign manager and transition director for Mayor Michael R.
