Description: TO PASS THE BILL PROVIDING THAT, FROM AND AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE PRESENT SESSION OF CONGRESS, THE ACT, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO CHANGE THE MODE OF COMPENSATION TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SENATE AND HOUSE AND DELEGATES FROM TERRITORIES," PASSED MAR. 19, 1816, IS REPEALED: PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT NOTHING HEREIN CONTAINED SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO REVIVE ANY OR ACTS OR PARTS REPEALED OR SUSPENDED BY THE ACT HEREBY REPEALED.
