Description: TO CONCUR IN AMENDMENT OF THE SENATE TO S. 112, WHICH AMENDMENT PROVIDES THAT BEFORE THIS ACT BECOMES EFFECTIVE, THE CITIES INVOLVED SHALL DEPOSIT WITH THE SEC. OF TREASURY THE STOCK IN THE CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO CANAL CO. HELD BY THEM AND THE SEC. WITHIN TEN YEARS MAY DISPOSE OF SAME, AND REIMBURSE THE U.S. SUCH SUMS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID UNDER THIS ACT.
