FOR FISCAL 1859, AND IN PART FOR ITS SUPPORT FOR FISCAL 1860, WHICH AMENDMENT REQUIRED THE SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC PRINTING TO PROCURE PRINTING OF THE P.O. BLANKS BY CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDER, AND REPEALED PRESENT LAWS REGARDING PRINTING OF P.O. BLANKS. (P. 777-2)
