RES. 64, REPORTED FROM THE COMMITTEE OF 33, BY PROVIDING THAT IT BE RECOMMENDED TO THE SEVERAL STATES, THAT THROUGH THEIR LEGISLATURES, THEY REQUEST THE CONGRESS TO CALL CONVENTION OF ALL THE STATES, FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION IN SUCH MANNER AS WILL RESPOND TO THE WANTS AND AFFORD MORE SUFFICIENT GUARANTEE TO THE INTERESTS OF THE GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE.
