AND FOR FULFILLING TREATY STIPULATIONS WITH VARIOUS TRIBES FOR FISCAL 1862, WHICH REPORT PAYMENT OF A SETTLEMENT TO THE CHOCTAW NATION, HALF PAID IN MONEY AND HALF PAID IN U.S. BONDS, AND IN FUTURE SETTLEMENTS THIS SUM SHALL BE CHARGED AGAINST THEM.
