Description: TO AGREE TO THEE REPORT OF THE COMMITTE OF CONFERENCE ON H.R. 10912 (24 STAT 495, APP 3/3/1887), MAKING APPROPRIATION FOR THE AGRICULTURAL DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL 1888, WHICH REPORT PROVIDES AN APPROPRIATIION OF $50,000 TO CONTINUE EXPERIMENTS IN THE MANUFACTURE OF SUGAR FROM SORGHUM AND SUGAR CANE AND $6,000 FOR PURCHASE AND TRANSPORTATION OF OF SAMPLES AND SUPPLIES OF SAME, AND TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION FROM $100,000 TO $500,000 FOR ORGANIZING THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY.
