WHEN THE PREVIOUS QUESTION SHALL BE CONSIDERED AND THAT DURING THE LAST TWO DAYS AMENDMENTS MAY BE OFFERED SUBJECT TO THE FIVE MINUTE DEBATE RULE, BUT THAT CONSIDERATION OF THIS BILL SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS BILL.
