R. 8310, A BILL TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED, "AN ACT TO REDUCE TAXATION; TO PROVIDE REVENUE FOR THE GOVERNMENT", WHICH TOOK EFFECT 8/28/1894, BY REPEALING THE SECTION OR CLAUSE WHICH DECLARES THAT UPON ALL SUGAR IMPORTED FROM ANY COUNTRY OR THE PRODUCT OF ANY COUNTRY OR THE EXPORT THEREOF, THERE SHALL BE IMPOSED A DUTY OF 1/10 OF ONE PER CENT PER POUND IN ADDITION TO THE ORDINARY CUSTOM DUTY IMPOSED ON ALL SUGARS NO MATTER FROM WHAT COUNTRY THEY MAY COME.
