Description: ON CONCURRING IN SENATE AMENDMENT WITH AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMMERCE COURTS BILL H.R. 17536 (36 STAT 539, 6/18/1910), CREATING COMMERCE COURTS AND AMENDING THE ACT REGULATING COMMERCE, THE AMENDMENT BEING, THAT THIS ACT SHALL TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FORCE FROM AND AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF 60 DAYS FROM THE PASSAGE OF SAME, EXCEPT SECTION 9, WHICH SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON PASSAGE OF THE BILL.
