Description: TO RECOMMIT TO THE COMMITTEE ON INTERSTATE AND FOREIGN COMMERCE H.R. 9323 (P.L. 291), A BILL PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF SECURITIES, EXCHANGES AND OVER-THE-COUNTER MARKETS OPERATING IN INTERSTATE AND FOREIGN COMMERCE AND THROUGH THE MAILS, TO PREVENT INEQUITABLE AND UNFAIR PRACTICES ON SUCH EXCHANGES AND MARKETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO REPORT THE BILL BACK WITH THE AMENDMENT, STRIKING OUT ALL AFTER THE ENACTING CLAUSE AND INSERT: THAT THIS ACT MAY BE TITLED AS THE "STOCK EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934."
