Description: CONFERENCE REPORT ON H.R. 3477, THE COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION, WHICH PROLONGS THE LIFE OF CERTAIN CCC PROGRAMS BEYOND THE TERMINATION SPECIFIED IN THE HOUSE-PASSED BILL, EXCLUDES CERTAIN ADDITIONAL AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS FROM RESTRICTIONS ON SUBSIDY PAYMENTS, AND PROVIDES THAT NOTHING IN THE BILL SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO PREVENT MAKING OF PARITY PAYMENTS.
