Description: TO PASS H.R. 6736, PUBLIC BROADCASTING ACT OF 1967, WHICH AMENDS THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934, BY "EXTENDING AND IMPROVING PROVISIONS THEREOF RELATING TO GRANTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL TV FACILITIES, BY AUTHORIZING ASSISTANCE IN CONSTRUCTION OF NON-COMMERCIAL RADIO FACILITIES, BY ESTABLISHING A CORPORATION TO ASSIST IN ESTABLISHING INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, MAKE THEM AVAILABLE AND AID IN OPERATION OF EDUCATIONAL TV FACILITIES," AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
