Bill summary: (LATEST SUMMARY) Extends President's authority to issue and enforce orders and regulations under the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, through April 30, 1974. Prohibits any agency authorized by the President to issue rules under the Act, or from issuing any order which has the effect of reducing wages or salaries (whether in effect or proposed) in an appropriate employee unit unless such order is made on the record after opportunity for a hearing. Amends 12 U.S.C. 1904 nts.
