Authorizes to be appropriated $40,000,000 for contributions to the United (...show more) Nations Environment Fund, which amount is authorized to remain available until expended, and which may be used upon such terms and conditions as the President may specify, except that not more than $10,000,000 may be appropriated for use in fiscal year 1974.
