Requires the Secretary of Transportation to report to the Congress on the operation and effects of this Act. Requires the Federal Communications Commission to make adjustments, consistent with international obligations and the public interest, to permit daytime standard AM broadcast stations to operate before local (...show more) sunrise. Provides that this Act shall take effect at 2 o'clock antemeridian on the fourth Sunday which occurs after the date of enactment of this Act and shall terminate at 2 o'clock antemeridian on the last Sunday of April 1975.
