Description: TO PASS H. R. 9107, A BILL PROVIDING INCREASES IN CERTAIN ANNUITIES (CIVIL SERVICE RETIREMENT.)

Provides cost of living increases in civil service retirement annuities payable to Federal employees and officials and their survivors equal to any increase under title II of the Social Security Act.
Provides that an annuity payable from the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund to a former employee or Member, which is based on a separation occurring prior to October 20, 1969, is increased by $240.
