Description: TO AMEND AN AMENDMENT TO H.R. 16900, MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL 1975. THE ORIGINAL AMENDMENT WOULD HAVE TRANSFERRED $85 MILLION IN IMPACT-AID FUNDS TO TITLE I AND HANDICAPPED EDUCATION PROGRAMS, AND ADDED (IN FISCAL 1976) $38 MILLION FOR EDUCATION OF THE HANDICAPPED. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT INCREASES FUNDS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAMS BY $198.6 MILLION.
