Rept. 94-112) Approves the President's proposals for budget rescissions of $2,100,000 for the Department of State, of $5,000,000 for the Executive Office of the President, and of $20,022,900 for the General Services Administration for building alterations. Approves the rescission of 50 percent of the amount proposed by the President for the Department of Defense for operation and maintenance. Disapproves the President's proposal for rescission of (...show more) $5,700,000 for Army aircraft procurement. Approves rescission of $122,900,000 for Air Force procurement of the F-lllF aircraft. Approves the President's proposal for rescission of $9,400,000 for the Federal Prison System and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Disapproves the proposed rescission of $6,600,000 for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Approves the proposed rescission for the Department of Commerce but disapproves of the proposed rescission for the Economic and Development Administration and limits the rescission for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to $927,000. Approves the rescission of $1,530,000 of the $24,000,000 proposed by the President for the Department of the Treasury. Approves the rescission of $7,856,470 for the Water Bank Program of the Department of Agriculture. Disapproves the proposed rescission of $284,719,332 for the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare and $264,117,000 for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
