Bill summary: (Conference report filed in House) Stipulates that beginning with the date of enactment of this Joint Resolution and ending on March 31, 1978, the support price of milk shall be established at 85 percent of the parity price therefore, and shall be adjusted by the Secretary of Agriculture at the beginning of each quarter to reflect any estimated change during the immediately preceding quarter in the index of prices paid by farmers for production items, interest, taxes, and wage rates.
