Rept. 94-676) Authorizes the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate to fix the compensation of the Procurement Officer, Auditor, and Deputy Sergeant at Arms (whose title is hereby changed to Deputy Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper) at $39,909 per year. Authorizes additional appropriations of $33,000,000 for fiscal year 1976 for the Library of Congress James Madison Memorial Building.
