Description: TO OVERRIDE THE PRESIDENT'S VETO OF H.R. 9803, CHILD DAY CARE SERVICES UNDER TITLE XX OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT.
Bill summary: Extends the term of licenses granted for the operation of a broadcasting station under the Communications Act of 1934 to five years.
