Description: TO PASS H.R. 1312, TO PREPARE AND PUBLISH THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CODE.
Bill summary: Requires that, after publication of the fifth annual cumulative supplement to the 1973 edition of the District of Columbia Code, new editions and supplements of such code be prepared and published under the direction of the Council of the District of Columbia rather than under the Office of the Law Revision Counsel in the House of Representatives.
