Bill summary: Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to dispose of approximately: (1) 10,000 short tons of antimony; (2) 8,500,000 carats of industrial diamond stones; (3) 28,000 long tons of tin; and (4) 118,000,000 troy ounces of silver now held in the national stockpile established pursuant to the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act and the supplemental stockpile established pursuant to the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954.
