Amends the Small Business Act to increase the limitation on the amount of loans and other financial assistance made available under the Business Loan and Investment Fund from $6,000,000,000 to $7,400,000,000.
Increases the limitation on the amount of Economic Opportunity Loans which may be outstanding at any time from $450,000,000 to $525,000,000.
Increases the limitation on the amount of financial assistance to small business investment
companies at any one time from $725,000,000 to $887,500,000.
Increases the authorization for appropriation to the Surety Bond Guarantees revolving fund from $56,500,000 to $110,000,000.
