Pueblo prisoner of war claims by the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission; (4) for salaries and expenses of the Small Business Administration; (5) within the Department of the Interior, for the helium fund of the Bureau of Mines; and (6) within the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, for research and program management.
