RES. 521, TO INCREASE THE TRANSFER AUTHORITY TO $500 MILLION FROM THE $13.295 MILLION RECOMMENDED BY THE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE FOR THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM. THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS REQUESTED IN THE BAUMAN AMENDMENT WOULD BE USED TO CLASSIFY REGISTRANTS AND GIVE PHYSICAL EXAMS. (MOTION FAILED)
