Description: TO AMEND HR 4800, TO STRIKE THE FOLLOWING EXPORT-RELATED PROVISIONS: LANGUAGE ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT FOR RE-EXPORT LICENSES; THE REQUIREMENT TO DECONTROL 40 PERCENT OF THE LEAST MILITARILY-SIGNIFICANT GOODS AND TECHNOLOGIES FROM THE CURRENT LIST OF CONTROLLED GOODS AND TECHNOLOGIES; THE REQUIREMENT THAT A PRIVATE INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVE SERVE ON THE COORDINATING COMMITTEE ON MULTILATERAL EXPORT CONTROLS; THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE COMMERCE DEPARTMENT CANNOT DETAIN ANY EXPORT GOODS REQUIRING ONLY A GENERAL LICENSE ON THE DOCKS FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS; AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF AN ADDITIONAL $5 MILLION FOR THE OFFICE OF EXPORT ADMINISTRATION OVER THE ADMINISTRATION'S REQUEST.
