Bill summary: Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to accept title to any non-Federal lands within five miles of the exterior boundaries of the South Dakota portion of the Sioux Ranger District of Custer National Forest, which are found to be chiefly valuable for national forest purposes in exchange for national forest lands in Custer National Forest. Incorporates such lands into the forest.
