Bill summary: Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the Monmouth County Vocational School District to permit the use by the District of specified properties for the purpose of developing and operating, without cost to the National Park Service (NPS), a secondary school program to be known as the Marine Academy of Science and Technology. Sets forth provisions with respect to: (1) reversion of properties that are not used by the District for a secondary school program; (2) (...show more) rehabilitation of other property for park uses; and (3) reimbursement of expenses. Requires the Director to collect and retain reasonable fees for services provided to the District by NPS.
