Bill summary: Makes continuing appropriations for FY 1994 for projects or activities, including the costs of direct loans and loan guarantees, provided for in the following Acts: (1) the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994; (2) the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994; (3) the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 1994; (4) the District of Columbia Appropriations (...show more) Act, 1994; (5) the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 1994; (6) the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994; (7) the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994; (8) the Military Construction Appropriations Act, 1994; (9) the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994; (10) the Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriations Act, 1994; and (11) the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994. Sets forth limitations on the use of such funds. Requires the following functions to be maintained at the current rate of operations: (1) the Council on Environmental Quality and Office of Environmental Quality activities; and (2) activities funded by the Selective Service System salaries and expenses account.
