Bill summary: Amends Federal law establishing the Women's Rights National Historic Park in Seneca Falls and Waterloo, New York, to repeal provisions which: (1) prohibit the Secretary of the Interior from acquiring the fee simple title to the land comprising the Bloomer, McClintock, and Hunt Houses in Seneca Falls and Waterloo; and (2) require the Secretary, within two years after acquisition, to remove all structures from the property of the McClintock House that are not relevant to its historic integrity.
