Bill summary: (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The expanded summary of the House passed version is repeated here.) Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain land to Lander County, Nevada, and the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain land to Eureka County, Nevada, for continued cemetery use. Permits the lands to be used for purposes other than as cemeteries upon a determination by the relevant Secretary that such use is in the interests of the United States.
