ARMY; WHICH AMENDMENT PROVIDES THAT NO OFFICER SHALL BE PERMITTED TO EMPLOY AS A SERVANT ANY SOLDIER FROM THE HIRE OF THE ARMY; AND THAT THE SERVANTS OF OFFICERS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER ALLOWED BY THE PRECEDING SECTION.
