Description: TO INSIST ON AMENDMENT TO H. R. 214, WHICH AMENDMENT ELIMINATES THE 25TH SECTION OF THE BILL, PROPOSING THAT IN THE FUTURE IT SHALL BE LAWFUL FOR THE DISTILLERS OF DOMESTIC SPIRITS, AND FOR ALL OTHER PERSONS FROM WHOSE MATERIALS SUCH SPIRITS SHALL BE DISTILLED, TO SELL WITHOUT LICENSE, ANY QUANITY THEREOF, BUT NOT LESS THAN ONE GALLON.
