Description: TO AMEND THE SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING TO THE SECRETARY OF WAR THE DUTIES IMPOSED BY THE PENSION BILL ON THE SEC. OF THE TREASURY, BY STIPULATING THAT IN EXECUTING THIS BILL, ALL OFFICERS IN THE HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT AND ON THE MEDICAL STAFF BE CONSIDERED AS BEING WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE BILL AS OFFICERS OF THE LINE.
