BE AUTHORIZED TO CONSTRUCT A DRAW BRIDGE OVER THE POTOMAC RIVER AT SITE OF PRESENT BRIDGE FROM ,60,000, 3). THAT THE COMPANY DISTRIBUTE ITS $20,000 AMONG ITS STOCKHOLDERS, AND 4). THAT 3 NONINTERESTED JUDGES BE APPOINTED BY THE PRES. TO DETERMINE THE VALUE OF PRESENT BRIDGE AND THEIR JUDGEMENT TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE BRIDGE COMPANY.
