Description: TO ADOPT THE RESOLUTION THAT THE TREATY WITH GREAT BRITAIN BE RECOMMITTED TO THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO REPORT A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE DISPUTED TERRITORY, AND REPORT SUCH CONTINGENT MEASURES AS, IN THEIR OPINION, MAY BE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE JUST RIGHT OF THE NATION.
