Description: TO AMEND H.R. 5538 BY ELIMINATING THE SPECIAL TAX ON TOBACCO, PRODUCED BY FARMERS AND PLANTERS, OR THEIR EXECUTORS, OR ON TOBACCO RECEIVED AS A RENT FROM TENANT WHO PRODUCED THE SAME ON LAND OF THESE FARMERS OR THEIR EXECUTERS, AND PROVIDING THAT ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH ARE REPEALED; BUT SUCH PROVISIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO FARMERS PEDDLING SAME.
