PROVIDING THAT PRICE SUPPORT TO COOPERATERS W/RESPECT TO BASIC AGRICULTURE COMMODITIES ONLY AND REGARDLESS OF MARKETING PERCENTAGES SHALL BE HELD TO A LEVEL OF 90% OF PARITY DURING ANY PERIOD WHEN PRODUCERS ARE UNDER ACREAGE CONTROL OR MARKETING QUOTAS.
