Description: TO PASS H.R. 6950, WHICH RESTORES A 7% INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT AND ALLOWANCE OF ACCELERATED DEPRECIATION IN THE CASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY, AND AS AMENDED, PROVIDES THAT NO FUNDS SHALL BE COLLECTED UNDER THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN FUND ACT UNTIL GUIDELINES FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF SUCH FUNDS SHALL HAVE BEEN SET FORTH BY LAW.
