Description: TO AMEND S. 2171, A BILL TO AMEND THE SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES CONTROL ACT OF 1950, BY ADDING A SECTION PROVIDING THAT THE BOARD SHALL CEASE TO EXIST ON JUNE 30, 1969, IF AT THE DETERMINATION OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO BE STATED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10, 1969, NO PROCEEDINGS OR HEARINGS HAVE TAKEN PLACE BEFORE THE BOARD BETWEEN THE DATE OF THE ENACTMENT OF THIS LEGISLATION AND DECEMBER 31, 1968.
