RES. 888, BY ADDING A SECTION EXPRESSING THE SENSE OF CONGRESS THAT DUE TO CHANGED FISCAL CONDITIONS, THE CONGRESS SHOULD ENACT LEGISLATION REDUCING 1968 APPROPRIATIONS BY $5 BILLION LESS THAN BUDGET REQUESTS BEFORE THE ADJOURNMENT OF THE 90TH CONGRESS, FIRST SESSION, UNLESS THE PRESIDENT NOTIFIES THE CONGRESS THAT HE HAS EFFECTED SUCH A REDUCTION.
