Description: TO AMEND S. 1166, A BILL RELATING TO SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF NATURAL GAS, BY PROVIDING THAT ANY INDIVIDUAL OR OFFICER OF A CORPORATION WHO KNOWINGLY VIOLATES THE REGULATIONS OF THIS ACT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A MAXIMUM FINE OF $50,000, A ONE YEAR JAIL SENTENCE, OR BOTH.
