THE 4TH DIVISION ELIMINATES LANGUAGE THAT WOULD DENY TO FEDERAL COURTS JURISDICTION TO REVIEW OR DISTURB IN ANY WAY THE RULING OF ANY STATE TRIAL COURT ADMITTING IN EVIDENCE CONFESSION OF ACCUSED IF SUCH RULING HAS BEEN AFFIRMED BY THAT STATE'S HIGHEST APPELLATE COURT.
