Transportation Administration for the Urban Mass Transportation Fund, to remain available until expended; and (4) to the United States Railway Association for the acquisition of debentures and series A preferred stock of ConRail, $850,000,000 through September 30, 1976, ($308,000,000 to be available for operating losses of ConRail), for such acquisition, $615,000,000, to become available on September 30, 1976 ($200,000,000 to be available for operating losses of ConRail), for such acquisition, $425,000,000, for fiscal year 1978 (none to be available for operating losses of ConRail), for such acquisition, $136,000,000 for fiscal year 1979 (none to be available for operating losses of ConRail), and $5,800,000 for additional administrative expenses for fisacl year 1976.
Exempts members of the Commission on the Operation of the Senate from provisions of Federal law relating to annuities and pay on re-employment.
