Kissinger, and urges the General Assembly to favorably consider and adopt the proposal at an early date. =Title II: Department of Justice= - Department of Justice Appropriation Act - Appropriates to the Department of Justice specified sums for fiscal year 1977 for: (1) general administration; (2) legal activities; (3) the Federal Bureau of Investigation; (4) the Immigration and Naturalization Service; (5) the Federal prison system; (6) the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration; and (7) the Drug Enforcement Administration. =Title III: Department of Commerce= - Department of Commerce Appropriation Act - Appropriates specified funds to the Department of Commerce for fiscal year 1977 for: (1) general administration; (2) the Office of Energy Programs; (3) the Bureau of the Census; (4) the Bureau of Economic Analysis; (5) the Economic Development Administration; (6) regional planning commissions; (7) domestic and international business administration; (8) minority business development; (9) the United States Travel Service; (10) the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; (11) the National Fire Prevention and Control Administration; (12) the Patent and Trademark Office; (13) science and technical research; and (14) maritime administration. =Title IV: The Judiciary= - Judiciary Appropriation Act - Appropriates to the Judicial branch specified sums for fiscal year 1977 for: (1) the Supreme Court of the United States; (2) the Court of Customs and Patent Appeals; (3) the Customs Court; (4) the Court of Claims; (5) Courts of Appeals, District Courts, and other judicial services; (6) the Administrative Office of the United States Courts; (7) the Federal Judicial Center; and (8) space and facilities. =Title V: Related Agencies= - Appropriates specified sums for fiscal year 1977 for: (1) the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency; (2) the Board for International Broadcasting; (3) the Commission on Civil Rights; (4) the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe; (5) the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; (6) the Federal Communications Commission; (7) the Federal Maritime Commission; (8) the Federal Trade Commission (prohibiting use of any such funds for salaries of employees or Commissioners who publish Line-of-business data from individual firms without preventing disclosure of particular firms); (9) the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission; (10) the International Trade Commission; (11) the Legal Services Corporation; (12) the Marine Mammal Commission; (13) the Office of the Special Representative for Trade Negotiations; (14) the Privacy Protection Study Commission; (15) the Renegotiation Board; (16) the Securities and Exchange Commission; (17) the Small Business Administration; and (18) the United States Information Agency. =Title VI: General Provisions= - Sets forth general restrictions upon the expenditure of funds appropriated by this Act. Prohibits availability of funds under this Act for the collection and preparation of information which will not be available to Committees of Congress in the regular discharge of their duties.
