Description: TO TABLE HATCH AMENDMENT #38 TO THE PANAMA CANAL TREATY. AMENDMENT #38 STATES THAT THE OPERATING REVENUES OF THE PANAMA CANAL COMMISSION SHALL BE DEPOSITED IN THE U.S. TREASURY AND THAT THE REIMBURSEMENT OF PANAMA SHALL THEN BE SUBJECT TO THE APPROPRIATIONS PROCESS OF THE U.S. CONGRESS.
